摘　　要：深度解读了蓝天使内墙涂料的含义,进一步通过比较RAL-UZ 102(2015年1月)和DE-UZ 102(2019年1月版本3)的标准,列出了新版本UZ 102-2019中的关键变动,通过深入研究其变动逻辑,阐明了涂料生产商所面临的挑战与研发路径;通过详细完整地解析DE-UZ 102(2019年1月版本3)标准内容与申请文件的要求(如产品测试报告、测试实验室的认可要求、制造声明和原材料声明等),为蓝天使内墙涂料的申请指明了方向。This paper interprets in depth the meaning of Blue Angel interior wall coatings,lists the key changes in the new version UZ 102-2019 through comparison of the criteria in RAL-UZ 102(January 2015)and DE-UZ 102(January 2019 Version 3),and elaborates the challenges and R&D paths faced by coatings manufacturers through in-depth study of the logic of the changes.Through detailed full analysis of DE-UZ 102(January 2019 Version 3)criteria and requirements on application documents(such as product test reports,test laboratory accreditation requirements,manufacturing declarations and raw material declarations),the direction of Blue Angel interior wall coatings application is pointed out.
