摘  要:选用了不同类型的水性乳液作为成膜物质,探索乳液与膨胀阻燃体系配比对涂料耐火性能的影响。通过加入阻燃协效剂硼酸锌和氢氧化铝,选用不同类型的高温纤维制备了一种水性膨胀型钢结构防火涂料并测试其耐火性能,结果表明,选用醋叔乳液3112和高硅氧纤维,当醋叔乳液与膨胀阻燃体系质量分数分别为25%、40%,硼酸锌和氢氧化铝的质量分数分别为0.5%、1.0%时,防火涂料的综合性能最佳,其耐火时间可达2 h以上。In this paper,different types of waterborne emulsions were selected as film-forming substances,and the effect of the proportions of emulsion and the intumescent flame-retardant system on the fire resistance of coatings was explored.By adding flame-retardant synergists zinc borate and aluminum hydroxide and selecting different types of high temperature fiber,a kind of waterborne intumescent fire-retardant coatings for steel structure was prepared and its fire resistance was tested.The results showed that when 3112 vinegar tertiary emulsion and high silica fiber were selected,the proportions of vinegar tertiary emulsion and the intumescent flame-retardant system were 25%and 40%,and the proportions of zinc borate and aluminum hydroxide were 0.5%and 1.0%,the comprehensive performance of the fire-retardant coatings was the best,and its fire resistance time can reach more than 2 h.
