户外耐久性粉末涂料在汽车轮毂上的开发应用

摘　　要：根据汽车轮毂涂装工艺特点,研究开发了能够应用于汽车轮毂底涂的聚酯型粉末涂料,提高了轮毂底粉的户外耐久性,并降低了轮毂底粉成本。同时从轮毂涂层的外观要求、性能要求、涂层工艺配套性要求以及涂装施工要求等角度,分别对聚酯树脂、固化剂、流平剂、颜填料和功能助剂等原材料的选型优化做了深入的测试研究,并在此基础上对配方进行了优化设计,最终制得具有户外耐久性的聚酯型粉末涂料,经过测试能够满足大多数主机厂和轮毂厂的涂层技术要求和涂装工艺要求。According to the characteristics of the vehicle wheel hub painting process,polyester powder coatings were developed and applied successfully as vehicle wheel hub primer with better weathering resistance and lower cost.At the same time,the optimal types of polyester resin,curing agent,levelling agent,pigment and filler,functional additives,and other raw materials were studied in depth through testing from the aspects of appearance requirements,performance requirements,coatings process compatibility requirements and painting and application requirements for wheel hub coatings.On this basis,the formula design was optimized,and weatherable polyester powder coatings were prepared and tested.The coatings can meet the coatings technology and painting process requirements of most of OEMs and wheel hub manufacturers.
