水性高光、高性能丙烯酸乳胶的防腐应用研究

摘　　要：实验针对性地开发了一款水性高光高性能新型丙烯酸乳胶,并以此为成膜物质,辅以合适的颜填料和助剂,制备出了具有优异光泽展现力的单组分水性丙烯酸涂料。相较于溶剂型醇酸涂料,该涂料具有良好的光泽和耐盐雾性能,同时提供更快的干燥速度、更低的气味和VOC释放、更优的耐候性,适用于各种金属基材防护应用,如钢构、厂房、设备、护栏、挂车、船舶内舱、板簧等,具有广泛的应用领域和市场前景。A high-gloss and high-performance novel acrylic latex was developed in the experiment.With such latex as the film forming resin,supplemented by suitable pigments,fillers and additives,1K waterborne acrylic coatings were made.The coatings have better gloss and salt spray resistance than solvent-borne alkyd coatings,and provide faster drying speed,lower odor and VOC release,and better weather resistance,suitable for various metal substrate protection applications,such as steel structures,factory buildings,equipment,guardrails,trailers,inner ship cabins,and leaf springs,and having broad application prospects.
