摘 要:冻结帷幕厚度是人工地层冻结设计的关键部分,是确定其他冻结参数和施工机械的基础,对地下工程的顺利掘进有决定性影响。论文依托北京地铁19号线草桥站—右安门外站区间联络通道冻结工程,采用结构力学理论,基于强度控制法计算冻结壁的厚度,并采用冻结管挠度限值进行冻结壁变形验算。研究结果表明,满足强度要求的联络通道冻结壁设计厚度为2.2 m,拱顶的最大竖向位移为11 mm,满足冻结管挠度限值要求,冻结壁厚度设计合理,不会发生变形破坏。The thickness of freezing curtain is a key part of artificial ground freezing design,and it is the basis for determining other freezing parameters and construction machinery,which has a decisive influence on the smooth tunneling of underground engineering.Based on the freezing project of connecting channel between Caoqiao Station and You’anmenwai Station of Beijing Metro Line 19,the thickness of frozen wall is calculated based on the strength control method based on the theory of structural mechanics,and the deformation of frozen wall is checked by the deflection limit of frozen tube.The results show that the design thickness of the frozen wall of the connecting channel meeting the strength requirements is 2.2 m,and the maximum vertical displacement of the vault is 11 mm,which meets the deflection limit of the frozen pipe.The design of the frozen wall thickness is reasonable,and no deformation and damage will occur.
