摘　　要：城市的道路工程建设在经济发展中占据核心位置,与生产生活息息相关。道路工程项目管理的核心内容就是科学地管控施工进度。论文以具体实例为背景,从建设业主角度分析建设工程中关于施工阶段进度管理目标和管理过程的常见问题,提出意见和建议,旨在推动道路工程建设的快速发展。For cities,road engineering construction occupies the core position in economic development.Because it is closely related to production and life,it has received widespread attention from all walks of life.For the project management of road engineering,the core content is to control the construction schedule scientifically.From the point of view of the construction owner,with a concrete example as the background,this paper analyzes in detail the common problems about the management goal and management process of the construction progress in the construction of the project,and puts forward constructive opinions and suggestions in order to promote the rapid development of road engineering construction.
