纳米磷酸锆为载体的复合发泡剂的制备及应用

摘  要:以层状纳米磷酸锆(α⁃ZrP)为载体,负载化学发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺(AC),制备了具有高AC负载量的新型α⁃ZrP/AC纳米复合发泡剂。TEM、XRD、FTIR和TGA等分析测试结果表明,AC发泡剂稳定地负载于α⁃ZrP片层表面,负载方式主要是物理吸附。当AC与α⁃ZrP的投料质量比为2:1时,复合发泡剂中AC负载量可达1703 mg/g。将该复合发泡剂应用于聚丙烯木塑复合材料模压发泡,得到了具有致密且光滑的未发泡皮层和微发泡芯层的“皮-芯”结构木塑板。当α⁃ZrP/AC纳米复合发泡剂的添加量为1%时,制备的聚丙烯木塑复合微孔发泡材料(木粉含量为30%)的表观密度约为0.67 g/cm^(3),与一般木材密度相近,且力学性能较好,拉伸强度为21.5 MPa、弯曲强度为30.1 MPa、弯曲模量为1313 MPa;同时,吸水率较低,30 d的吸水率仅为1.5%;尺寸稳定性较好,有望替代木材。A kind of composite foaming agent(α⁃ZrP/AC)was designed and prepared by attaching azodicarbonamide(AC)to the surface of Zirconium phosphate(α⁃ZrP)nanoplatelets.TEM、XRD、FTIR and TGA analysis results confirmed that AC was mainly physically adsorbed on the surface ofα⁃ZrP nanoplatelets.When the mass ratio of AC toα⁃ZrP was 2:1,the AC loading in the composite foaming agent reached 1703 mg/g.The application ofα⁃ZrP/AC in the microcellular foaming of the polypropylene wood⁃plastic composite was investigated.A“skin⁃core”structure was formed during molded foaming,which had a micro⁃foamed core layer and a dense and smooth unfoamed skin layer.When the addition amount ofα⁃ZrP/AC was 1%,the apparent density of the foamed polypropylene wood⁃plastic composite with 30%wood powder was about 0.67 g/cm^(3),which was close to the density of ordinary wood.The foamed polypropylene wood⁃plastic composite,which was expected to replace wood,showed good mechanical performance(the tensile strength was 21.5 MPa,the flexural strength was 30.1 MPa,and the flexural modulus was 1313 MPa),low water absorption(30 days water absorption rate was only 1.5%)and good dimensional stability.
