摘 要:基于熔融沉积成型(FDM)技术,制备聚乳酸(PLA)/石墨烯复合材料拉伸试件,研究了填充密度、填充图案、打印方式以及层高对PLA/石墨烯复合材料3D制件拉伸性能的影响。通过4因素3水平正交试验优化了PLA/石墨烯复合材料的3D打印工艺,并对正交试验结果的极差进行分析。研究结果表明,填充密度、填充图案、打印方式以及层高对试件的力学性能造成了不同程度的影响,各实验参数对其拉伸强度的影响程度顺序为:填充密度>填充图案>打印方式>层高,PLA/石墨烯复合材料最佳打印工艺参数组合为填充密度70%、填充图案线型、打印方式为平躺、层高为0.25 mm。由断面微观结构SEM图可知,试件的失效形貌特征与正交试验结果一致。The tensile samples of polylactic acid/graphene composite were prepared by the fused deposition modeling technology and the effects of filling density,filling pattern,way of printing and layer height on the tensile properties of PLA/graphene composite 3D samples were studied.The four⁃factor and three⁃level design of orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the 3D printing process parameters of PLA/graphene composite,and the orthogonal experiment results were analyzed by the range analysis.The relevant results showed that the filling density,filling rate,way of printing and layer height influence the mechanical properties of the specimens variously.The degree of influence of each experimental parameter on the tensile strength isfilling density>filling pattern>construction orientation>layer high.The optimal parameter settings was the filling density of 70%,the filling pattern line type,thelaying printing and the layer height of 0.25 mm.The scanning electron microscope observation results showed that the failure morphology characteristics of the specimens were consistent with the orthogonal experiment results.
