摘  要:为了研究出适宜多花黄精生长的栽培基质,以毛竹林下腐殖土(简称腐殖土)+草木灰(A)、腐殖土+有机肥(B)、腐殖土+菌棒废料(C)作为基质材料与腐殖土(CK)进行对照,开展毛竹林下容器栽培多花黄精试验。结果表明:多花黄精在4种配方的基质中的存活率均超过95%,差异不显著。处理A效果最好(腐殖土:草木灰体积比=95∶5)。多花黄精平均地径、株高、叶片数和块根鲜重分别为0.69 cm、74.46 cm、13.18片和56.18 g。其次是处理B(腐殖土:有机肥=体积比90∶10),地径(0.66 cm)、株高(68.28 cm)、叶片数(12.98)、块根鲜重(53.38 g)。与对照组相比,处理间的差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。由于草木灰成本高,而且是短期内不可再生的资源,因此,在黄精栽培中的基质应提倡多用有机肥,少用草木灰。To explore the effects of different cultivation substrates on the growth of Polygonatum cyrtonema,the experiment of cultivation of P.cyrtonema under Phyllostachys edulis forest was carried out.Humus soil plus plant ash,humus soil plus organic fertilizer,humus soil plus fungus stick waste were used as the matrix materials were compared with humus soil.The results showed that the survival rate of P.cyrtonema in the matrix of four formulas was more than 95%,and the difference was not significant.Treatment is the best(humus:plant ash=95∶5).The average ground diameter,plant height,number of leaves(13.18 pieces)and fresh weight of root tuber of C.polyflorum were 0.69 cm,74.46 cm,and 56.18 g.The second was humus soil and organic fertilizer(humus:organic fertilizer=90∶10),with ground diameter(0.66 cm),plant height(68.28 cm),number of leaves(12.98 pieces)and fresh weight of root tuber(53.38 g).Compared with the control group,the differences of plant ash and organic fertilizer reached extremely significant level(p-value<0.01).Because the cost of plant ash is high and it is a non-renewable resource in a short time,more organic fertilizer should be used and less plant ash should be used in the substrates of the cultivation of Polygonatum Cyrtonema.
