中医药治疗心肾综合征的用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的分析中医药治疗心肾综合征的用药特点及规律。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普期刊数据库建库以来中医药治疗心肾综合征的文献,对符合纳入标准的中药处方进行统计,利用Microsoft Excel软件建立方药数据库,应用SPSS 26.0统计软件对中药频数、相关性和聚类规则等进行分析,采用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0统计软件对中医药治疗心肾综合征用药规律进行数据挖掘,采用Cytoscape软件绘制高频药物核心网络图。结果共得到中药处方94首,其中涉及中药136味,使用频次982次,使用频率较高的依次为茯苓、黄芪、白术、附子、丹参,并挖掘出常用药对和药物组合共21个,通过高频药物聚类分析得到4个潜在处方。结论中医药治疗心肾综合征以益气温阳、活血利水为主,常用补气药、活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药、温里药等。Objective To collect and sort out the characteristics and regularity of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of cardiorenal syndrome.Methods The literatures of the treatment of cardiorenal syndrome in CNKI,WanFang and VIP databases were searched since the establishment of the databases.The prescriptions which met the inclusion criteria were counted.The prescriptions database was established by Microsoft Excel software,and the frequency,correlation and clustering rules of TCM were analyzed by SPSS 26.0 statistical software.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 statistical software was used to conduct data mining for the prescription rule of TCM in the treatment of cardiorenal syndrome,and the core network diagram of high frequency drugs was drawed by Cytoscape software.Results A total of 94 TCM prescriptions were obtained,including 136 TCM herbs,with the total frequency of use was 982 times.The herbs used more frequently were Poria cocos,Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix aconiti carmichaeli,Salvia miltiorrhiza.There were 21 drug pairs and drug groups were excavated,and four potential prescriptions were obtained by high frequency drug cluster analysis.Conclusion The TCM treatment of cardiorenal syndrome mainly focused on warming yang and replenishing Qi,activating blood and promoting diuresis,with the drugs that were tonifying Qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clear dampness,and warming interior.
