运用现代医院管理哲学思想透析医院文化

摘　　要：现代医院管理哲学,就是运用哲学的思想和方法对医院管理实践经验的理论提炼、概括和总结,由此形成哲学化的医院管理的理论、思想与方法。医院由于长期从事医疗活动,使得医院的管理活动从其内容、对象、手段、方法、程序和经验等方面,都为建立现代医院管理哲学提供了坚实的实践基础;而现代公立医院的管理经验、管理方法、文化建设直接推动着现代医院管理活动、现代医院管理理论以及现代医院文化价值的哲学化走向。因此,运用现代医院管理哲学思想透析医院文化有积极的现实意义。The modern hospital management philosophy is the philosophy to summarize the methods of the hospital management practice experience and form a series of philosophical theories.As a result of long-term medical activities,hospital management activities provide a solid practical basis for the establishment of modern hospital management philosophy in terms of contents,objects,means,methods,procedures and experiences.At the same time,the management experience,management methods and cultural construction of modern public hospitals directly promote the modern hospital management activities,modern hospital management theory and the philosophical trend of the cultural value of modern hospitals.Therefore,there is positive practical significance of analyzing hospital culture with modern hospital management philosophy discussion of modern hospital management philosophy.
