生态文明视角下农产品绿色物流的发展研究

摘　　要：绿色发展作为以效率、和谐、持续为目标的经济增长和社会发展方式,已成为新发展理念的重要组成部分。随着人们环境保护意识和绿色观念的不断提升,农产品绿色物流顺应可持续发展要求成为我国农产品物流发展的重点,对农业农村的发展发挥着基础性与先导性的作用。当前,我国农产品绿色物流仍存在内涵认识不足、专业人才匮乏、供应链布局不合理、渠道流通成本高、网络信息系统构建不完善、各环节信息不对称、农产品绿色物流技术落后的问题。因此,需进一步提供良好的政策支持,加快构建人才培养体系、深化农产品绿色物流理念,建立多方联动机制、整合优化供应链组织结构,实现资源有效配置、推动农产品绿色物流信息平台建设,构建合理的物流信息链、加快农产品绿色物流技术创新,提升物流的内在驱动力,实现农产品绿色物流的可持续发展。As a way of economic growth and social development with the goal of efficiency,harmony and sustainability,green development has become an important part of the new development concept.With the continuous improvement of people s awareness of environmental protection and green concept,the green logistics of agricultural products conforms to the requirements of sustainable development,has become the focus of the development of agricultural products logistics in China,and plays a basic and leading role in the development of agriculture and rural areas.At present,there are still some problems in China s green logistics of agricultural products,such as insufficient understanding of connotation,lack of professionals,unreasonable supply chain layout,high channel circulation cost,imperfect construction of network information system,asymmetric information in all links and backward technology of green logistics of agricultural products.Therefore,it is necessary to further provide good policy support,accelerate the construction of talent training system,deepen the concept of green logistics of agricultural products,establish multi-party linkage mechanism,integrate and optimize the organizational structure of supply chain,realize the effective allocation of resources,promote the construction of green logistics information platform of agricultural products,build a reasonable logistics information chain and accelerate the technological innovation of green logistics of agricultural products,enhance the internal driving force of logistics and realize the sustainable development of green logistics of agricultural products.
