摘  要:当前国内民营快递市场在极兔速递进入后,价格竞争逐渐白热化。文中简要描述了民营快递企业的竞争现状,分析恶性竞争导致快递业出现服务质量下降、利润亏损及市场波动等问题,并探讨产生的原因。最后,从不同立场提出完善法律、加强监管,引导走向、协商定价,科技创新、成本控制,业务拓展、理念转变这四条政策建议。At present,after the entry of J&T Express in the domestic private express market,the price competition has gradually become white-hot.This article briefly describes the status quo of the competition among private express delivery companies,and analyzes the problems such as the decline in service quality,the loss of profits and market fluctuations in the express industry caused by vicious competition,and discusses the reasons.Finally,four policy suggestions are put forward from different positions,including perfecting laws and strengthening supervision;guiding the trend and negotiating pricing;scientific and technological innovation and cost control;business development and ideas transformation.
