玻璃酸钠腔内注射联合臭氧治疗对膝骨关节炎患者膝关节功能及疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨膝骨关节炎患者给予玻璃酸钠腔内注射联合臭氧治疗对膝关节功能及疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2021年8月在本院治疗的膝骨关节炎患者150例作为研究对象,按照随机摸球法分成观察组(75例)和对照组(75例),对照组给予玻璃酸钠腔内注射治疗,观察组给予玻璃酸钠腔内注射联合臭氧治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后膝关节功能、疼痛程度及血清因子水平。结果:两组治疗后1个月、6周、3个月、6个月膝关节功能评分量表(Lysholm)评分明显提高(P<0.05),观察组评分较对照组明显更高(P<0.05);两组治疗后1个月、6周、3个月、6个月数字评分法(NRS)评分明显降低(P<0.05),观察组评分较对照组明显更低(P<0.05);两组治疗后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平明显提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平明显降低(P<0.05),观察组SOD水平较对照组明显更高(P<0.05),MDA、IL-6、TNF-α水平明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:膝骨关节炎患者给予玻璃酸钠腔内注射联合臭氧治疗,能够改善膝关节功能及血清因子水平,缓解疼痛程度。Objective:To investigate the effect of intracavity injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with ozone therapy on knee joint function and pain degree in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 150 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the observation group(75 cases)and the control group(75 cases)according to the random ball method,and the control group was given intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronate.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate intracavitary injection,and the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate intracavitary injection combined with ozone.The knee function,pain degree and serum factor levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The scores of knee function scale(Lysholm)in the two groups increased significantly at 1 month,6 weeks,3 months and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05),and the score of knee function scale(Lysholm)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The NRS scores of the two groups decreased significantly at 1 month,6 weeks,3 months and 6 months after treatmentv,and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)were significantly increased in the two groups(P<0.05),malondialdehyde(MDA),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were significantly lower in the two groups(P<0.05);The levels of SOD in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the level of MDA,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with knee osteoarthritis on intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with ozone therapy can improve knee joint function and serum factor levels,and relieve pain.
