摘  要:脑卒中是一种急性发病的局灶性脑神经系统功能紊乱的血管性疾病,多见于中老年人,常伴有肢体运动功能、平衡功能、感觉功能、步行能力、日常生活能力等方面的功能障碍。悬吊疗法作为一种新型康复治疗技术,在临床应用较为广泛,对改善脑卒中病人各功能障碍的研究是当前的热点。本文简述悬吊疗法的基本原理与作用机制,通过上肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表、Berg平衡量表、10m最大步行速度、Holden步行分级、改良Barthel指数等评估表介绍悬吊疗法对于卒中后肢体运动、平衡、感觉、步行、日常生活能力等功能障碍的疗效,为脑卒中后功能障碍的康复治疗提供参考。Stroke is an acute vascular disease with focal cerebral nervous system dysfunction.It is mostly seen in the middle-aged and elderly,often accompanied by dysfunction of limb motor function,balance function,sensory function,walking ability,daily living ability and so on.As a new rehabilitation technology,sling exercise training is widely used in clinic.The research on improving the dysfunction of stroke patients is a hot spot at present.This paper briefly describes the basic principle and mechanism of sling exercise training,and introduces the efficacy of sling exercise training on the dysfunction of limb movement,balance,sensation,walking and activities of daily living after stroke through the evaluation tables such as simple Fugl-Meyer motor function scale,Berg balance scale,10m maximum walking speed test,Holden walking grade and modified Barthel index,to provide reference for the rehabilitation treatment of post-stroke dysfunction.
