泽泻汤加味联合手法复位治疗耳石症(痰浊上蒙型)的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察泽泻汤加味联合手法复位治疗耳石症(痰浊上蒙型)的临床疗效分析。方法:将2018年01月~2021年01月期间在我院就诊且符合纳入标准的耳石症患者96例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例患者,观察组接受泽泻汤加味联合手法复位治疗,对照组接受甲磺酸倍他司汀片联合手法复位治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的症状积分、睡眠质量,治疗后症状消失时间、临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组症状积分与眩晕障碍量表评分均低于治疗前,其中观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组睡眠质量评分均低于治疗前,观察组患者睡眠质量评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后的症状消失时间,观察组短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率更高,不良反应更低(P<0.05)。结论:在耳石症(痰浊上蒙型)患者的治疗中,运用泽泻汤加味联合手法复位的方法,可明显的减轻症状并缩短症状持续时间,改善睡眠质量,提升治疗效果,并更为安全,效果理想。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Zexie decoction combined with manipulative reduction in the treatment of otolith(turbid phlegm type).Methods:96 patients in our hospital(from January 2018 to January 2021)were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group,48 cases in the study group were treated with modified Zexie decoction combined with manual reduction,and 48 cases in the control group were treated with betahistine mesylate combined with manual reduction.The symptom score,sleep quality,symptom disappearance time,clinical effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:after treatment,the symptom score and vertigo disorder scale score of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep quality scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom disappearance time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher,and the adverse reactions were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the treatment of patients with otolith(turbid phlegm type),the use of modified Zexie decoction combined with manipulative reduction method can significantly reduce symptoms and shorten the duration of symptoms,improve sleep quality,enhance the treatment effect,and is more safe,the effect is ideal.
