摘　　要：非特异性肋软骨炎是一种发生在肋软骨与肋骨的交界处以肿胀疼痛为主的无菌性炎症,是骨伤科门诊和胸外科门诊常见疾病。该病易反复发作,严重者可降低生活质量,目前仍没有特效疗法,给患者带来极大不便和困扰。既往文献报道中所用传统推拿治疗手法,强调正骨复位,手法较重,专业操作性强;与传统推拿相比,彭氏分筋推拿疗法所采用的扶持一指禅推法,可分为“平”“浅”“深”“陷”4层力道,“以知为数,以痛为输”,将解结作为原则,具有操作简便易行、见效迅速、可重复性强、患者易接受等优点。其治疗非特异性肋软骨炎疗效显著。Nonspecific costochondritis is a aseptic inflammation that occurs with swelling and pain at the junction of the costal cartilage ribs.The prevalence varies between men and women,especially in young women,It is a common disease in the orthopedics and thoracic surgery clinics.The duration of the disease can range from several months to some years.It is mild and grievous,with repeated attacks.In further cases,it can reduce the quality of life,there is still no special treatment,which brings inconvenience and distress to patients heavily.According to the literature,massagetreatment emphasizes the positive bone reset,not only with heavy technique,but also with strong professional operation.Compared with massagetreatment,Peng's tendon-separating massage manipulations which is represented by support Zen push-method can be divided into"flat","shallow","deep"and"trapped"4-layer force,"known as the key,pain-point needing",the solution as the principle.It has numerous advantages,such as simple operation,quick results,strong repeatable,patients easy to accept and so on.When learning,i found that It is Peng's tendon-separating massage manipulations that has a remarkable curative effect in the treatment of nonspecific costochondritis by Professor Peng,now,the experience will be introduced as follows.
