摘　　要：目前,大学生就业形势依然严峻,但具有较高职业道德的技能人才非常短缺。高职院校学生是重要的技术人才资源,是工匠精神的传承者,是推动生产力变革的重要组织者、参与者、实践者。[1]作为高职智能制造类专业,人才培养目标须与行业要求和规范对齐,在技能提升的过程中注重工匠精神的培养,不断探索相应的培养途径,促进职业道德水平的提升,为社会培养更多的高素质专业技能人才,满足服务区域经济和促进社会发展需要,早日实现制造业强国目标。At present,the employment situation of college students is still grim,but there is a shortage of skilled talents with high professional ethics. Students in higher vocational colleges are important technical talent resources,inheritors of craftsman spirit, and important organizers, participants and practitioners to promote productivity Reform[1]. The major of intelligent manufacturing talent training objectives must be aligned with the industry requirements and norms,pays attention to the cultivation of craftsman spirit in the process of skills upgrading,constantly explores corresponding training methods,promotes the improvement of professional ethics,cultivates more high-quality professional and skilled talents for the society,meets the needs of serving the regional economy and promoting social development,so as to realize the goal of building a strong manufacturing country as soon as possible.
