摘　　要：军事科学技术是军事发展中最活跃、最具革命性的因素,对战争形态和作战方式的变革具有深刻影响。军事科学技术是一个开放的复杂巨系统,运用从定性到定量的综合集成方法构建中国军事科学技术综合集成研讨厅,能为军事科学技术论证提供情报数据保障、智能决策支持、协同创新支撑和科学的论证平台,是加强我国军事科技创新、谋取军事竞争优势的有效途径。Military scientce and technology are the most active and revolutionary factor in military development,which has a profound impact on the transformation of war forms and combat modes.Military science and technology are a open complex giant system.Using the comprehensive integration method from qualitative to quantitative,the construction of China’s military science and technology comprehensive integration seminar hall can provide information data support,intelligent decision support,collaborative innovation support and scientific demonstration platform for military science and technology demonstration.It is to strengthen China’s military science and technology innovation An effective way to seek military competitive advantage.
