摘 要:由于中医外感疾病的病理生理过程相对抽象,难以直接观测及量化分析,因此研究利用计算机仿真技术模拟外邪袭表、内侵致病的过程,从而探讨其影响因素,以期为外感疾病的防控提供参考。研究方法主要通过net logo6.1.1进行编程建模,进行外邪袭表的计算机仿真,并通过spearman相关性分析及logistic回归分析探讨外邪袭表、内侵致病的影响因素。结果共进行了9240次计算机仿真,最终得到了924组数据。spearman相关性分析表明单位外邪流量与正气密度、正气能量级、体表厚度存在负相关关系。logistic回归分析表明外邪内侵与否与正气密度、正气能量级、体表厚度相关。研究表明利用计算机仿真技术可以对特定的中医病理生理现象进行仿真及定量观测,有利于推动知识发现及中医药学现代化。The pathophysiologic processes of the exopathic disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine are abstract,which makes it difficult to observe and study the processes.So the research utilizes computer simulation techniques to emulate the processes of exogenous pathogenic factors attacking the exterior and to analyze their influence factors,and above all,to provide references for the prevention and control of exopathic diseases.By establishing a digital model of exogenous pathogenic factors attacking the exterior through net logo 6.1.1,the research conducted the computer simulation experiments to emulate the above processes under a various combination of vital-qi’s density,vital-qi’s energy level,and exterior’s thickness and analyzed the influence factors of those processes based on spearman’s rank correlation coefficient and logistic regression analysis.Finally,9240 sets of computer simulation experiments have been conducted and 924 pieces of data have been gained.Spearman’s rank correlation analysis shows that exogenous pathogenic factors’unit discharge correlates negatively to the vital-qi’s density,vital-qi’s energy level,and exterior thickness.Logistic regression analysis illustrates that the interior invasion of exogenous pathogenic factors correlates to vital-qi’s density,vital-qi’s energy level,and exterior thickness.The research shows that the pathogenic and physiologic processes of some diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine theories can be emulated,observed and studied based on computer simulation techniques,which helps to expedite the knowledge discovery and the modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
