摘 要:采用目前方法对建筑群三维空间进行虚拟划分时,没有利用BIM技术获取建筑群三维空间的相关数据,导致惯性权重、适应度与容积率较低的问题,提出基于BIM的建筑群三维空间虚拟化划分优化仿真。首先利用BIM技术获取建筑群三维空间的相关数据,构建多目标优化划分模型,采用逐一去除法对其最优解进行反复迭代更新计算结果,实现基于BIM的建筑群三维空间虚拟化划分优化。仿真结果表明,所提方法的惯性权重、适应度与容积率更高,应用效果更好。When the current method is used to virtually partition the three-dimensional space of the building complex,the relevant data of the three-dimensional space of the building complex are not obtained by BIM Technology,which leads to the problem of low inertia weight,fitness and floor area ratio.Therefore,an optimization simulation of the virtual partition of the three-dimensional space of the building complex based on BIM is proposed in the paper.First of all,BIM Technology was introduced to obtain the relevant data of the three-dimensional space of the building complex in order to build a multi-objective optimization division model.Secondly,the one-by-one division method was adopted to repeatedly iterate the optimal solution and update the calculation results.Lastly,the optimization of three-dimensional space virtualization division of building complex based on BIM was completed.The simulation results show that this method has high inertia weight,fitness and plot ratio.
