摘  要:超声波流量计既可用于大管径介质流量测量也可以用于不易接触和观察的介质流量测量。但是对气液两相流来说,由于受气相比例的影响,利用超声波流量计进行流量测量时其精度低于质量流量计。为提高气液两相流的流量测量精度,文中针对超声波气液两相流流量检测模型中的关键因素,利用Comsol Multiphysics仿真软件分析超声波在不同流速、管径、发射频率和气相比的流体中的传播特性,以及超声波在不同含气率的气液两相流中的混合声速;并给出超声波流量测量误差的校准方法。结果表明:流体流动速度对超声波信号的传播无明显影响;随着发射频率的增加,超声波瞬时信号强度的幅值不断增大;随着气相比的增加,超声波信号的衰减幅度不断增大,当气相比达到90%时,气液两相流流量测量的最大绝对误差为0.005 m3/s。Ultrasonic flowmeter can be used not only for medium flow measurement within large diameter pipe,but also for medium flow measurement that is not easy to contact and observe. For gas-liquid two-phase flow,the accuracy of flow measurement of ultrasonic flowmeter is lower than that of mass flowmeterdue due to the influence of gas-phase proportion. In allusion to the key factors in the ultrasonic gas-liquid two-phase flow detection model,the COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software is used to analyze the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic wave in liquid at different flow velocity,different pipe diameters,different emission frequencies and different gas-phase proportions,the mixed sound velocity of ultrasonic wave in gasliquid two-phase flow with different gas content is analyzed,and the calibration method of ultrasonic flow measurement error is given to improve the flow measuring accuracy of gas-liquid two-phase flow. The results show that the velocity of fluid flow has no obvious effect on the propagation of ultrasonic signal;with the increase of emission frequency,the intensity amplitude of instantaneous signal is increasing;with the increase of gas-phase proportion,the attenuation amplitude of ultrasonic signal is increasing;and when the gas-phase proportion reaches 90%,the maximum absolute error of flow measurement of gas-liquid twophase flow is 0.005 m3/s.
