摘　　要：针对电子健康记录(EHR)存在的隐私保护不完善和数据共享性能差的问题,文中提出一种基于区块链的多客户端医疗信息共享方案。首先,根据区块链的一致性和不可篡改等特性,通过多个医院组建联盟链存储电子健康记录的安全查找索引,并且使用实用拜占庭共识算法选取权威医院作为可信任节点,增加数据查找索引的可靠性;其次,将可搜索加密和基于属性加密技术相结合,设计一种基于多客户端的数据安全共享方案,实现多个客户端的细粒度访问控制和信息安全共享;最后,使用星际文件系统(IPFS)存储电子健康记录的完整信息,实现数据安全存储,同时减少本地存储压力。实验和分析结果表明,所提方案具有可行性,并且在数据安全共享和隐私保护方面有一定的优势。In allusion to the inadequate privacy protection and poor data sharing performance in the electronic health records(EHR), a multi-client medical information sharing scheme based on blockchain is proposed. According to the consistency and immutability of the blockchain,the consortium chain constructed by multiple hospitals is used to store the secure look-up index of electronic health records,and the practical Byzantine consensus algorithm is used to select authoritative hospitals as trusted nodes,so as to increase the reliability of data look-up indexes. A data security sharing scheme based on multi-client is designed by combining the searchable encryption with attribute-based encryption technology to realize fine-grained access control and information security sharing for multiple clients. The interplanetary file system(IPFS) is used to store the complete information of EHR to achieve safe data storage and reduce burden of the local storage. The experiments and analysis results show that the proposed scheme is feasible and has a certain advantage in data sharing and privacy protection.
