摘 要:【目的】为了更全面地开展森林城市建设和增加林地碳汇,评估当前森林城市建设的成效,更好地指导北京市海淀区未来森林城市建设规划。【方法】将监督分类法和森林蓄积换算因子法相结合估算海淀区的林地碳汇价值。【结果】截至2020年,海淀区的林地碳储量为1.51×10^(6) t,林地碳汇价值为3.10×10^(8)元。相较于2016年,单位面积蓄积量增加3.35 m^(3)/hm^(2);林地碳汇价值增加4400万。海淀区土地利用类型变动与森林城市建设关系密切,林地碳汇价值持续增加,海淀区森林城市建设成效显著。【结论】森林城市建设优化了海淀区的土地利用结构和布局,林地分布更加合理。在未来森林城市建设过程中,土地利用结构布局需采用低碳均衡的发展模式,通过土地利用结构和布局调整提高林地碳汇价值并引领城市低碳发展。[Objective]To evaluate the effectiveness of forest city construction by quantifying the changes of land use area and layout and forest land carbon sequestration value since the construction of forest city in Haidian District.[Methods]The forest land carbon sequestration value in Haidian District was estimated by combining the supervised classification method and the forest stock conversion factor method.[Results]The forest city construction has optimized the land use structure and layout in Haidian District,and the forest land distribution is more reasonable.By 2020,the forest land carbon storage in Haidian District is 1.51×10^(6) t,the carbon sequestration value of forest land is 3.10×10^(8) yuan.Compared with 2016,the volume per unit area increased by 3.35 m^(3)/hm^(2);The value of forest land carbon sequestration increased by 44 million.The change of land use type in Haidian District is closely related to the construction of forest city,the value of forest carbon sink continues to increase,and the construction of forest city in Haidian District has achieved remarkable results.[Conclusion]In the process of future forest city construction,the land use structure layout needs to adopt a low-carbon balanced development model,improve the carbon sink value of forest land and lead the urban low-carbon development through the adjustment of land use structure and layout.
