尤卓尔间歇疗法联合安敏滋保湿敷料治疗面部单纯糠疹的疗效观察及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的观察间歇性使用尤卓尔联合安敏滋保湿敷料治疗单纯糠疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法120例单纯糠疹患者按照Excel随机数字表法分为间歇使用尤卓尔联合安敏滋组(A组)、单独使用安敏滋组(B组)、单独间歇使用尤卓尔组(C组),各40例。疗程为3个月,于治疗第4周、8周、12周评估三组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果所有患者均完成治疗和随访,治疗4周A组有效率及治愈率高于B组,A组有效率高于C组,差异均有统计学意义(Bonferoni校正P<0.0167),而B组和C组有效率及治愈率差异无统计学意义(Bonferoni校正P>0.0167);治疗8周A组有效率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(Bonferoni校正P<0.0167),A组和C组、B组和C组有效率及治愈率差异无统计学意义(Bonferoni校正P>0.0167);治疗12周A组有效率及治愈率均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(Bonferoni校正P<0.0167),A组和C组、B组和C组有效率及治愈率差异均无统计学意义(Bonferoni校正P>0.0167)。三组均未见明显的不良反应。结论间歇使用尤卓尔联合安敏滋保湿敷料治疗单纯糠疹疗效优于单独使用尤卓尔、安敏滋保湿敷料治疗组,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intermittent therapy of hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with armiichy moisturizing cream in treating facial pityriasis alba.Methods 120 patients with pityriasis alba were randomly divided into three groups,40 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated intermittently with hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with armiichy,group B patients were given armiichy alone to treat,while the group C patients were treated with hydrocortisone butyrate cream alone for 3 months.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the three groups were evaluated at the 4th,8th and 12th week of the treatment.Results All patients completed treatment and follow-up.After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate and cure rate in group A were higher than those in group B,and the effective rate in group A was higher than that in group C(Bonferoni correction P<0.0167),but there was no significant difference between group B and group C(Bonferoni correctionP>0.0167).After 8 weeks of treatment,the effective rate in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(Bonferoni correctionP<0.0167).There was no significant difference in effective rate and cure rate between group A and group C,group B and group C(Bonferoni correctionP>0.0167).After 12 weeks of treatment,the effective rate and cure rate in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(Bonferoni correctionP<0.0167),but there was no significant difference between group A and group C,group B and group C(Bonferoni correctionP>0.0167).No obvious side effect was found in the three groups.Conclusion The clinical effect of intermittent use of hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with armiichyin moisturizing cream for the treatment of simple pityriasis is better than that of hydrocortisone butyrate cream and armiichy,with no obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
