摘 要:目的探讨竞赛教学在膝关节穿刺临床技能教学中的教学效果,提高学员的临床技能。方法将2020年9月进行膝关节穿刺临床技能学习的学员随机分为实验组(技能竞赛教学组)和对照组(传统教学组)。教学完成后1个月,通过随机抽签的方式选取90名学员进行考核,其中实验组39名、对照组51名,比较两组学员的技能教学效果。统计学分析采用t检验和卡方检验。结果实验组考核平均成绩为(84.18±7.21)分,对照组为(80.17±10.51)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P=0.044);而对各分数段人数构成比进行分析,发现差异无统计学意义。结论竞赛教学法有助于提高学员的整体成绩,提升学员的临床技能。Objective To explore effect of competitive teaching on clinical skill teaching of knee puncture and improve students' clinical skills. Methods Students participated knee puncture course in September 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group (competitive teaching group) and control group (traditional teaching group). One month after the class, 90 students were randomly selected to participate knee puncture examination, including 39 in experimental group and 51 in control group, and their examination results were recorded and analyzed. The statistical analysis was conducted by t test and chi-square test. Results The mean scores in experimental group were (84.18±7.21) points, which were statistically higher than these in the control group (80.17±10.51) points, P=0.044. On the other hand, there was no statistical difference between experimental and control group in the aspect of score distribution in each score section. Conclusion Competitive teaching is beneficial for the improvement of students' overall grades and clinical skills.
