摘　　要：“互联网+教育”时代的到来,推动了网络学习平台的开发和线上线下混合式教学模式的成熟。高校思想政治理论课作为大学生思想政治教育工作的主渠道,如何提高其教学质量成为当前思政课教师急需解决的关键问题。在分析思政课“金课”内涵及标准基础上,借助翻转课堂在思政课教学中的应用经验,以“形势与政策”课程为例,从教学内容设计、网络授课平台选用、翻转课堂建设、课堂教学组织管理、教学反馈与组织保障等方面入手,打造一堂思政课在线“金课”。The advent of the era of“Internet plus education”has promoted the development of online learning platform and the maturity of blended teaching mode with online and offline teaching.The course of Ideological and political theory in colleges and universities is the main channel of college students Ideological and political education.Thus,how to improve the teaching quality of Ideological and political theory course has become the key problem that needs urgent solution.Based on the analysis of the connotation and standards of the“golden course”of Ideological and political course,with the help of the application experience in flipped classroom of the course,and with the situation and policy course taken as an example,an online“golden course”of Ideological and political course is created from the aspects of teaching content design,selection of network teaching platform,flipped classroom construction,classroom teaching organization and management,teaching feedback and organizational guarantee.
