摘 要:滚压螺纹方法因其可以提高螺纹的硬度和螺栓的抗疲劳强度从而得到了广泛应用。但是此方法会引起滚压螺纹金相折叠等缺陷。在不同的滚丝轮转速和进给量下对PH13-8Mo航空用不锈钢进行滚压螺纹实验,探究不同的滚丝轮转速和进给量对于螺纹不同位置处金相折叠的影响规律并分析金相折叠机理。研究发现,牙顶折叠主要受滚丝轮进给量的影响,牙底折叠主要受滚丝轮转速的影响,牙侧中径以上位置的折叠受滚丝轮转速和进给量的共同影响;牙顶的折叠主要由于靠近滚丝轮牙侧的工件材料与螺纹中间部位的工件材料塑性流动能力不同造成,牙底和牙侧的折叠主要是由于工件材料与滚丝轮之间的摩擦发生改变从而引起相对滑动导致工件材料出现堆积并被挤压造成。该研究为PH13-8Mo不锈钢冷滚压螺纹的加工生产提供了一定的理论指导。The rolling thread method has been widely used due to it can improve the hardness of the thread and the fatigue strength of the bolt.However,rolling threads can cause defects such as metallographic folding.The rolling thread experiment was carried out on PH13-8 Mo aviation stainless steel under different rotational speeds and feed rates of the thread rolling wheel.The effect of different rotational speeds and feed rates of the thread rolling wheel on the metallographic folding at different positions of the thread was explored,and the metallographic folding mechanism was analyzed.The study found that the folding of thread top is mainly affected by the feed rates of the thread rolling wheel.The folding of thread bottom is mainly affected by the rotational speeds of the thread rolling wheel.The folding of side above the pitch diameter of the thread is jointly affected by the rotational speeds and the feed rates of the thread rolling wheel.The folding of thread top is mainly due to the difference in plastic flow ability between the workpiece material near the thread side of the thread rolling wheel and the workpiece material in the thread middle part.The folding of thread bottom and thread side is mainly due to the relative sliding caused by the variation of the friction between the workpiece material and the thread rolling wheel,resulting in the accumulation and extrusion of the workpiece material.The research can provides a certain theoretical guidance for the processing and production of PH13-8 Mo stainless steel cold rolling threads.
