摘 要:为解决某发动机工作转速范围内所出现的啸叫声问题,对转子机油泵总成噪声进行优化研究。通过分析转子机油泵噪声机理,结合发动机台架试验得到的噪声频谱,分析噪声特征与来源;以降低噪声为优化目标,针对突出的声学缺陷对转子机油泵总成的结构进行优化设计。结果表明,采用优化方案后,该机油泵一阶振动速度降低,且困油区压力最大值平均降低约56%,阶次噪声明显改善,背景宽频能量有所降低,噪声的总声压级降低了2.8 dB。优化方案有效改善了该机油泵总成声学特性,为同类结构声学优化提供了思路。The noise optimization of rotor oil pump assembly was studied to solve the noise of an engine in its working speeds.Analysing the noise generation mechanism of oil pump,the noise spectrum was produced by the engine bench test to analyze the noise characteristics and source.Aiming at noise reduction,the optimization design of rotor oil pump assembly was proceeded to improve the obvious acoustic defects.It is found that,the 1 st order vibration speed of optimized oil pump was decreased,the pressure maximum value in trapped oil area was reduced by 56 % averagely,order noise energy was improved,broadband energy was decreased and the total sound pressure level was 2.8 dB lower than the initial oil pump,which improves the acoustic characteristics of the rotor oil pump assembly effectively and provides ideas for the acoustic optimization of the same structure.
