摘  要:当前我国再制造产业正处于初级发展阶段,许多再制造企业尤其是中小再制造企业由于缺乏再制造工艺信息的积累,难以为失效情况各异的废旧零/部件设计出较好的再制造工艺方案,亟需通过跨企业间的再制造工艺信息共享来提升其再制造工艺水平。区块链,作为一种分布式存储技术,可以以去中心化的形式实现企业间的信息共享,能有效地解决信息共享的安全和风险问题。基于此,借助于区块链的技术优势,提出了一种基于区块链的再制造工艺信息共享方法,并设计了相应的原型系统,最后以某个案例验证了该方法及系统的可行性和有效性。At present,China’s remanufacturing industry is in the initial stage of development.Due to the lack of effective accumulation of remanufacturing process information,it is difficult for some remanufacturing enterprises,especially small and medium remanufacturing enterprises,to design a reasonable remanufacturing process scheme for used parts with a variety of failure conditions.A great number of remanufacturing enterprises are in urgent need for information sharing among different remanufacturing enterprises so as to improve their level of remanufacturing process.Blockchain,as a distributed storage technology,can realize information sharing among different enterprises in a manner of decentralization,which can effectively solve the security and risk problems of information sharing.Hence,by means of the technical advantages of blockchain,an information sharing method of remanufacturing enterprises alliance based on blockchain was proposed,and the corresponding prototype system was designed.Finally,a case was taken as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method and system.
