摘 要:证素辨证学一直是中医学领域研究的热点,是中医与大数据、人工智能重要的结合点;虽然证素辨证学尚存一些问题,但仍然有较好的应用前景。文章结合近几年研究动态,对证素辨证学研究中的一些问题进行了总结,认为病程长短、主诉主线、病种适用、体质与证素、证素组合等价性等问题尚待完善。结合课题资助和发文量等预测未来证素辨证仍然是热点,但应注重学科交叉,着力解决证素辨证学中证素组合、方元匹配等问题,同时扩大数据量、融合更多的辨证方法,扩大证素辨证的应用范围。Syndrome element differentiation has always been a hot topic in Chinese medicine. It is an important bridge to connect Chinese medicine, big data and artificial intelligence. Although there are still some problems in syndrome element differentiation, it still has a good prospect. Based on the research trends in recent years, we summarized some problems in the study of syndrome element differentiation. The time of the disease, the main line of chief complaint, the application of disease types, constitution and syndrome element, the equivalence of syndrome elements combination and etc. need to be improved in advance. It will be still a hot topic based on funding and published papers, but we should pay attention to interdisciplinary,syndrome element combination and formula element matching. Moreover, it should expand the amount of data and integrate more methods of syndrome differentiation to expand the scope of application.
