摘　　要：中医微观辨证研究是发展中医现代化的重要课题,如何赋予微观指标中医内涵是当前科研的难点所在。文章通过梳理微观指标中医内涵研究发展源流,分析目前研究存在的局限,提出从理论、方法、临床3个方面建立微观指标临床辨证意义研究的基本框架。指出在整体观念为核心的中医思维指导下,运用证素分类、数据+智慧驱动的实证分析的方法,赋予微观指标中医辨证意义,为推动微观辨证发展及完善状态辨识体系提供思路。The research of TCM micro syndrome differentiation is an important subject for the development of TCM modernization. How to endow the micro indexes with TCM connotation is the difficulty of current scientific research. By analyzing the development and origination of TCM connotation research in micro index and present research limitation, this paper aims to put forward the basic framework in significance of clinical syndrome differentiation with micro index from theory, method and clinical these three aspects. Indicating that under the guidance of TCM holism principle as the core theory, it can endow the TCM syndrome differentiation meaning to micro index from syndrome elements classification, data and wisdom driven empirical analysis, then provide the direction to improve the development of micro syndrome differentiation and state identification system.
