圆运动理论在脓毒症诊疗中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：脓毒症由于正虚邪盛、气机升降失调,导致病理因素热、毒、痰、瘀互结,病性虚实错杂,病情传变迅速,病证复杂难辨,根据彭子益的圆运动理论,文章提出以脾为气机升降的枢纽,肝肺为气机升降的动力,心肾阳气为气机升降的基础物质,以"运中轴、行四维、温心肾"的治法调节脓毒症中圆运动平衡,为中医临床对脓毒症进行整体辨证提供思路。Due to the deficiency of vital energy and the imbalance of qi movement, sepsis leads to the combination of heat, toxin, phlegm and blood stasis, the deficiency and excess of the disease is mixed, the disease changes rapidly, and the syndrome is complex and difficult to distinguish, according to PENG Zi-yi’s theory of circular movement, it is proposed that the spleen is the hub of qi rise and fall, liver and lung is the power of qi rise and fall, and heart and kidney yang qi is the basic material of qi rise and fall. The treatment of ‘moving the middle axis, moving four dimensions, warming the heart and kidneyt’ is used to regulate the balance of round movement in sepsis, so as to provide ideas for the overall syndrome differentiation of sepsis in traditional Chinese medicine.
