摘  要:国医大师朱南孙教授临床主张运用滋水涵木法治疗干眼症。中医病机多因年逾七七,任冲脉虚,天癸竭,肝肾不足,目失所养所致,当以补益肝肾、生津润目为治则。自拟验方朱氏润目更年汤,方中以枸杞子、菊花、熟地黄为君药,佐以增液汤以求滋水涵木,并结合五轮学说中的"白睛属肺",加入肺经药以求白睛润泽能视。考虑到该年龄段的特殊性,在服用中药期间更应重视心理治疗的重要性,应酌情增加疏肝理气之药,畅情志以条达气机。TCM master ZHU Nan-sun advocated the clinical application of nourishing water to moisten wood method to treat perimenopausal dry eye. The pathogenesis of Chinese medicine is mostly caused by over 49 years old, deficiency of thoroughfare and conception channels, exhaustion of sex promoter, insufficient liver and kidney, loss of vision and nourishment.The treatment of the disease according to the rule on prescription ZHU’s Runmu Gengnian Decoction, in which Fructus Lycii,Flos Chrysanthemi and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata as the sovereign drugs, with Zengye Decoction in order to nourish water to moisten wood, then combined with the theory of five rounds into the lung medicine in order to white eyes moist can see. Taking into account the particularity of this age group, the importance of psychological treatment should be paid more attention to during the period of taking Chinese medicine, and the medicine for soothing the liver and regulating qi should be added as appropriate,and the emotions should be strengthened by organizing the qi.
