摘　　要：海派朱氏妇科传承五代,发展于国医大师朱南孙教授,悬壶沪上百年有余,享誉杏林。朱氏妇科善治妇科痛证,认为其证型可分为寒凝血瘀证、气滞血瘀证、湿热瘀结证、气血虚弱证、肝肾虚损证,治疗可提炼为"温、化、清、和、补"五法,并总结经验方——加味没竭汤,临床疗效显著。文章旨在介绍朱氏妇科治疗妇科痛证的临床经验与特色,以期更好地推广应用,服务于广大女性患者。ZHUs’ gynecology is well-known in medical profession, which has been inherited for five generations over 100 years and developed by professor ZHU Nan-sun, a TCM master. ZHUs’ gynecology is good at treating gynecological pain syndrome, and believes that its syndrome types can be divided into cold blood stasis syndrome, qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, damp-heat stasis syndrome, qi and blood deficiency syndrome, liver and kidney deficiency syndrome, etc. The treatment can be refined into the five methods of ‘warming, transforming, clearing, harmonizing, and replenishing’, and summed up the experience of treating dysmenorrhea-modified Mojie Decoction, which has a remarkable clinical effect. This article aims to introduce ZHUs’ gynecology’s clinical experience and characteristics in the treatment of gynecological pain syndrome, with a view to better promotion and application to serve the majority of female patients.
