基于“质态再平衡”的陈永灿运用升陷汤临证经验

摘　　要：陈永灿教授深悟中医阴阳平衡之理,结合现代医学物质代谢和功能状态的概念,提出"质态再平衡"的学术观点,认为人体阴阳平衡是一个自有的动态过程,分为生理性自我修复(阴阳失和-自我修复-阴阳再平衡)和病理性干预调控(阴阳失衡-干预调控-阴阳再平衡)两个环节。以张锡纯的"胸中大气"说为切入点,指出质态再平衡是阴阳再平衡在气化层面的具体表现形式。文章以4则医案为例,基于"质态再平衡"观点,介绍陈永灿运用升陷汤的临证经验。Professor CHEN Yong-can comprehends deeply ‘balance of yin and yang’ in traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),combines metabolism with functional status in modern medicine, and makes an academic point of ‘metabolism and functional status rebalancing’. It insists on that the body’s balance of yin and yang has its own dynamic process, it can divide into 2 parts: physiological self-repair(discord of yin and yang-self healing-rebalancing of yin and yang) and pathological intervention and control(imbalance of yin and yang-intervention and control-rebalancing of yin and yang). It takes ZHANG Xi-chun’s theory of ‘qi in the chest’ as pointcut,and provides that ‘metabolism and functional status rebalancing’ is a concrete manifestation of ‘rebalancing of yin and yang’ on the gasification level. Based on the view of ‘metabolism and functional status rebalancing’, this paper takes four medical cases as examples and introduces professor CHEN Yong-can’s clinical experience of using Shengxian Decoction.
