孙远征调神法在针灸临床中的应用

摘　　要：调神是针刺治疗的最高纲领,其内涵由"本于神""治神""守神"3个概念共同组成,因而总有混淆不明之处。为了将调神理论更好地应用于临床操作,孙远征教授在阐明三者定义的基础上重点着眼于"本于神"及"守神",首先注重对患者情绪、精神、思维等活动的调节,其次根据经络辨证简穴疏针,巧妙地利用腧穴相伍的效能治疗疾病,最后重视针下的感觉与补泻手法的应用以优化针灸的治疗方案。Tiaoshen is the highest program of acupuncture which is the embodiment of Zhishen, Shoushen and Benyushen, so there are always some confusion. In order to better apply this theory to clinical operation, professor SUN Yuan-zheng on the basis of clarifying the definitions of the three, focuses on Benyushen and Shoushen. Therefore, in the treatment, first of all, we should pay attention to the adjustment of patients’ emotion, spirit, thinking and so on;Secondly, we should use the efficacy of the combination of acupoints according to the syndrome differentiation of meridians and collaterals to treat diseases;Finally, we should attach importance to the feeling under the needle and the application of reinforcing-reducing manipulation in order to optimize the treatment plan of acupuncture.
