摘　　要：临床运用湘西刘氏小儿推拿独特的"五经配伍-推经治脏"理论,指导小儿常见病的治疗,具有较好疗效。文章通过探讨从小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)缓解期入手论治RRTI的中医治疗原则与刘氏小儿推拿肺病虚证"补三抑一法"的关系,充分体现了刘氏小儿推拿"以推代药"的思想。在该理论指导下,精准辨证施穴,优化儿推配穴,凝练核心处方,为临床防治RRTI提供了有效的小儿推拿思路。Xiangxi LIUs’ infantile tuina is one of the main schools in China. Its unique theory of ‘compatibility of five meridians-pushing meridians to treat viscera’ guides the treatment of common diseases in children and has good curative effect.This article analyzes the relationship between the TCM therapeutic principle of RRTI remission stage and the ‘tonifying three restraining one method’ of the five meridians of Liu’s infantile tuina of lung disease deficiency syndrome, which fully embodies the characteristics of Xiangxi LIUs’ infantile tuina ‘replacing medicine with tuina’. Under the guidance of this theory, the optimization of acupoints for infantile tuina and the condensed core prescription provide an effective infantile tuina idea for the clinical prevention and treatment of RRTI.
