中药红花的药理作用及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：红花,以花入药,可药食同用,是最常用的具有活血化瘀、通经止痛功效的中药材。近年来研究发现红花药理作用多样而广泛,具有降压、抗心律失常、抗缺氧、补充微量元素、调节生殖和免疫功能、抗肿瘤等作用;红花在呼吸、代谢、生殖等系统疾病治疗方面应用广泛,其作用于机体的机制和靶点也有着更深入的研究,临床应用前景广阔。故文章从红花的药理作用着手,综述红花的临床应用研究进展及其作用机制的相关靶点,以期为资源综合利用和进一步研究提供理论指导。Carthami Flos, medicine and food can be used together, is the most commonly used with blood circulation and blood stasis, promoting menstruation and analgesic effect. In recent years, studies have found that the pharmacological effects of Carthami Flos are diverse and extensive, including lowering blood pressure, anti-arrhythmia, anti-hypoxia, supplementation of trace elements, regulation of uterine and immune functions, anti-tumor and other effects. Carthami Flos is widely used in the diseases’ treatment of respiratory, metabolic, genital systems and so on. The mechanism and targets of its action on the body have also been further studied, and its clinical application has broad prospects. Therefore, starting from the pharmacological action of Carthami Flos, the progress of clinical application of Carthami Flos and related targets of the mechanism of action were reviewed in order to provide theoretical guidance for the comprehensive utilization of resources and further research.
