摘　　要：基于中医"肾脑相关"理论,补肾方药对中枢神经系统炎性变性疾病具有一定的治疗作用。近年来大量相关报道显示,补肾方药在对常见的中枢神经系统炎性变性疾病如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病及多发性硬化的治疗中,以其毒小效长和标本兼治的独特优势,引起了广泛的关注。文章主要从复方、中药及其有效成分方面,梳理近年来补肾方药对这3种疾病的防治研究进展,为进一步开展系统而深入的实验研究,寻求潜在治疗靶点,为临床治疗提供实验依据。Based on the ‘renal-brain-related’ theory of traditional Chinese medicine, kidney-tonifying prescriptions have a therapeutic effect in inflammatory degenerative diseases of central nervous system. In recent years, a large number of studies have showed that kidney-tonifying prescriptions have attracted wide attention in the treatment of inflammatory degenerative diseases of CNS, such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis. It has unique advantages of small toxicity, long effect and multi-target treatment. The research progress of kidney-tonifying prescriptions was mainly focused in the prevention and treatment of three diseases from the two aspects of compound medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and its effective components, so as to further carry out systematic and in-depth experimental studies, seek potential therapeutic targets,and provide experimental basis for clinical treatment.
