摘　　要：针灸疗法作为中医特色疗法之一,可以参与到肿瘤治疗的全过程,不仅能抑制肿瘤生长或转移,减轻肿瘤疼痛,还可以改善肿瘤患者临床症状、减少抗肿瘤疗法的不良反应。文章通过概述针灸防治恶性肿瘤的发展历史,总结针灸防治恶性肿瘤的研究现状,认为针灸防治恶性肿瘤的未来应明确针灸在恶性肿瘤防治中的定位,创建肿瘤针灸学、完善针灸防治恶性肿瘤的理论体系,探索更多高级别证据、建立标准化体系,强化深化针灸防治恶性肿瘤基础研究。As one of the characteristic therapies of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture can participate in the whole process of tumor treatment. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy can not only inhibit the growth or metastasis of tumor and relieve the pain of tumor, but also improve the clinical symptoms of tumor patients and reduce the side effects of anti-tumor therapy. In this paper, the development history of acupuncture prevention and treatment of malignant tumor is summarized, and the research status of acupuncture prevention and treatment of malignant tumor is summarized. It is considered that the future of acupuncture and moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors should be clear about the role of acupuncture and moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors, establish tumor acupuncture, improve the theoretical system of acupuncture and moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors, explore more high-level evidence, establish a standardized system, and strengthen and deepen the basic research of acupuncture and moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumor.
