从“和法”思想探析经方治疗中焦“痞证”

摘　　要："和法"是中医的重要治疗大法,力求恢复机体内环境稳态,达到"以平为期"的生理状态。"和法"思想贯穿于诊疗的全过程,体现了古代中庸的哲学思想。通过研读诸多经典方剂,逐渐明确"和法"在临证中的具体体现,即"和其不和者也"。"痞证"是脾胃系统常见病证,《黄帝内经》首次描述了"痞证",《伤寒论》提出"痞证"概念,并运用经方治疗"痞证"。中焦"痞证"指中焦闭塞不通所致的痞证,受当前的饮食、生活方式及药物乱用的影响,临床上常出现中焦"痞证"。笔者依据临床诊疗情况,将中焦"痞证"划分为初期、中期、后期,并对各时期出现的具体证型从病因、病机、证候特征、辨证治疗方面加以浅述,从"和法"思想探析经方治疗中焦"痞证"规律。‘Harmonization method’ is an important treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine, which strives to restore the homeostasis of the internal environment and achieve the physiological state of the plateau period. The doctrine of harmony runs through the whole process of diagnosis and treatment, presenting the ancient philosophy of the mean. Through studying many classic prescriptions, the concrete embodiment of ‘harmonization method’ in clinical evidences is gradually clarified, that is, ‘those who disagree with it are also’. The ‘fullness syndrome’ is a common syndrome of the spleen and stomach system. The first description of the ‘fullness syndrome’ was found in Huangdi Neijing, and the concept of the ‘fullness syndrome’was put forward in Shanghan Lun and the classical prescriptions for the treatment of the ‘fullness syndrome’ was defined. Affected by current diet, lifestyle and drug misuse, various syndromes of yuppie syndrome often appear in clinical practice. Based on the specific dialectics of clinical diagnosis and treatment, the author divided the ‘fullness syndrome’ into the early stage, the middle stage and the late stage, and briefly described the specific syndromes in each period from the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis,syndrome characteristics and dialectical treatment, and analyzed the rules of ‘fullness syndrome’ of the middle jiao in the treatment of classical prescription from the thought of ‘harmonization method’.
