摘　　要：《脾胃论》所载"清燥汤"是治疗湿热成痿之名方。结合中医理论和李杲"脾胃内伤,百病由生"的学术思想,文章对"湿热成痿"之病因病机、证候表现、治则治法以及清燥汤方药组成、配伍进行了剖析。温故而知新,后世历代医家运用东垣清燥汤所治病证面广且效佳(如痿证、痹证、燥证、疫病等),对当今一些符合(脾虚)湿热病机的疑难杂病之治疗仍有可鉴之处。Qingzao Decoction in Piwei Lun is a famous prescription for the treatment of flaccidity syndrome by damp-heat. Combining theories of traditional Chinese medicine and academic thoughts of ‘injury of spleen and stomach causing all kinds of diseases’ by LI Dong-yuan, this article probed into etiology and pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, therapeutic principles and methods of flaccidity syndrome by damp-heat, and prescription composition and compatibility rules of Qingzao Decoction.Restudying old material contributes to gain new insights. Qingzao Decoction was used to effectively cure various diseases by posterity, such as flaccidity syndrome, arthralgia syndrome, dryness syndrome and epidemic diseases, which could provide references for the treatment of difficult and complicated cases nowadays in accordance with etiology and pathogenesis related to damp-heat based on deficiency of spleen qi.
