定性方法技术在中医量表研究中应用的分析和思考

摘　　要：我国中医量表研究中普遍存在"轻定性-重定量"的现象,定性方法技术地使用存在明显的主观性、随意性。文章旨在对我国中医量表研究中定性方法技术的应用现状进行分析,探索定性研究在中医量表研究中应用的方法及思路。通过中国知网、维普、万方三大数据库检索建库以来研制中医量表的文献,人工查阅统计定性方法技术在其中的应用情况,分析其存在的问题。共检索到457篇关于中医量表研制文献,对其进行统计分析发现只有约11%使用了定性方法技术,同时运用两种以上方法的研究约5%。借鉴国际上量表研究中的定性方法技术,建立其在中医量表研究中的使用规范,研制高质量的测评工具用于中医疗效评价等研究是亟需解决的问题。In the scale research of traditional Chinese medicine, there is a general phenomenon of ‘less qualitative and more quantitative’, and the use of qualitative methods and techniques is obviously subjective and arbitrary. This paper aims to analyze the application status of qualitative methods and techniques in TCM scale research in China and explore the methods and ideas of qualitative research in TCM scale research. The literature of TCM scale developed since the establishment of CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases were searched, and the application of statistical qualitative method technology in the database was manually consulted, and the existing problems were analyzed. A total of 457 articles on the development of TCM scales were retrieved, of which only about 11% used qualitative methods, and about 5% used more than two methods simultaneously. It is urgent to draw lessons from the qualitative methods and techniques in the international scale research, establish the standard of its use in the Chinese medicine scale research, and develop high-quality evaluation tools for the evaluation of the curative effect of Chinese medicine.
