中药复方配伍扶正制毒法精微探要

摘　　要：中药复方配伍是临证治疗疾病的主要形式,有毒中药是临床上遣方用药的重要组成部分,是治疗重症、顽疾的有力武器。然而有毒中药的毒副作用限制了该类药物的使用。在使用有毒中药时需选用合理的复方配伍方法,减其毒性,增其疗效,以扩大毒性中药的临床应用范围。"扶正制毒"是"异类相制"中药复方配伍减毒理论的重要方法之一。笔者提出扶正制毒当以顾护胃气为首要,甘缓益气调偏性,补气养元、填精养血、养阴生津、温肾助阳制毒性,探讨有毒中药复方配伍中扶正制毒的重要性及具体配伍应用。The compatibility of Chinese medicine formula is the main form of clinical treatment of diseases. Toxic Chinese medicine is an important part of clinical prescription, is a powerful weapon for the treatment of severe and chronic diseases. However, the side effects limit the use of such drugs. When using toxic Chinese medicine, it is necessary to choose reasonable formula compatibility method to reduce its toxicity and increase its curative effect, so as to expand the clinical application scope of toxic Chinese medicine. ‘Strengthening the body and reducing toxin’ is one of the important methods of the ‘heterogeneous system’ of Chinese medicine formula compatibility and toxicity reduction theory. This paper puts forward that protecting stomach qi should be the first priority in strengthening the body and reducing toxin. Qi-sufficiency and anxietyadjusting partiality, supplementing qi and stimulating energy, filling essence and nourishing blood, nourishing yin and replenishing blood, warming kidney and helping yang restrict toxicity. To explore the importance of strengthening healthy and reduce toxicity in the compatibility of toxic Chinese medicine formula and the specific compatibility application.
