摘　　要：目的:基于《黄帝内经》五运六气理论研究吉林省延边地区妇科病高发岁运年份及其与气象要素的相关性。方法:选取2004年1月21日至2014年1月19日吉林省延边地区10年妇科病入院病例资料与同期气象资料,运用描述性统计分析、卡方检验研究妇科病在不同岁运时段发病数是否有统计学差异;选取妇科病发病最高的岁运时段数据,采用主成分分析法提取主要气象因子得到成分矩阵,进行旋转分析,探讨妇科病与气象要素之间的相关性。结果:吉林省延边地区妇科病在火运不及之年发病数最高与同期气象要素中气温、湿度和气压3种气象要素有相关性。结论:吉林省延边地区妇科病的发病与五运六气变化相关,受寒湿气候影响。Objective:Based on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in Huangdi Neijing, study on the incidence of gynecological diseases in Yanbian area of Jilin province in the period of suiyun and its correlation with meteorological factors was conducted. Methods:Data of admission cases of gynecological diseases and meteorological data of the same period from January 21,2004 to January 19,2014 in Yanbian district, Jilin province were selected. Descriptive statistical analysis and chi-square test was used to test whether there was a statistical difference in the number of gynecological diseases in different periods of sui yun by chi-square test. The data of the highest incidence of gynecological diseases in the years of age are selected to extract the main meteorological factors by using principal component analysis to get the component matrix. The correlation between gynecological diseases and meteorological factors was studied by rotation analysis. Results: The highest incidence of gynecological diseases in Yanbian area of Jilin province in the years before the annual fire is related to the three meteorological elements of temperature, humidity and air pressure in the same period. Conclusion:The incidence of gynecopathy in Yanbian area of Jilin province is related to the change offive evolutive phases and six climatic factors, which is affected by cold and humid climate.
