摘　　要：目的:全面梳理蒙医震脑术治疗脑震荡的临床和机制研究文献,为震脑术的进一步研究提供文献依据。方法:以"震脑术""整脑术"及"正脑术"为检索词,在知网、维普、万方系统检索蒙医震脑术治疗脑震荡文献,探讨和分析其内容及特点。结果:共检索出文献65篇,符合纳入标准的文献52篇;蒙医震脑术治疗脑震荡疗效卓著,其核心原理为"以震治震、震静结合、先震后静",作用机制为震脑术可调节脑组织内神经递质含量、免疫功能及脑组织力学关系。结论:蒙医震脑术治疗脑震荡有确切的疗效,作用机制已初步明确,有进一步研究、开发和推广的价值。Objective: To analyze the value of the brain vibration therapy of Mongolian medicine on the treatment of concussion systematically, providing useful information for the further study. Methods: Using the ‘brain vibration therapy’,‘zheng nao shu’, ‘zheng nao shu’ as keywords, searching the literature in the three databases of CNKI, VIP and WANFANG, then analyzing its characteristics and contents. Results: A total of 65 papers were retrieved, and 52 papers up to the standards. The brain vibration therapy is effective in the treatment of brain concussion, and the core theory is ‘using the brain vibration principle to cure the symptom of concussion, combing the brain vibration principle and relaxing principle together, using the brain vibration principle before the relaxing principle’. The mechanism of action is related to the regulation of neurotransmitter content, immune function and the mechanical relationship of brain tissue. Conclusion: The treatment of cerebral concussion by Mongolian brain vibration therapy has definite curative effect, and the mechanism of action has been preliminarily clarified, which is worth further research, development and popularization.
