壮医特色目诊在胃病中的应用研究

摘　　要：壮医目诊是通过观察和分析患者眼睛的神、色、形、态及斑点、脉络等眼象来诊察疾病,具有浓厚的壮民族特色和地方特色。尤其在诊断胃病及指导治疗方面具有独特优势,临床还可作为胃病的初筛手段,在基层地区有较高的推广应用价值。文章在分析壮医目诊理论基础、白睛分区定位方法、白睛胃反映区、白睛胃征的基础上,总结了壮医目诊在诊断胃病、判断毒邪与正气盛衰、毒邪性质、疾病新旧轻重、病势与预后以及早期预测等方面的应用思路,并提出促进壮医目诊现代化、专业化发展的策略。The eye observation of Zhuang medicine is to diagnose diseases by observing and analyzing the spirit, color,shape, state, spots, veins and other eye images of the patient’s eyes, which has strong Zhuang ethnic and local characteristics.Especially, the eye observation of Zhuang medicine has unique advantages in diagnosis and guidance of treatment of gastric diseases. More than that, as a preliminary screening method of gastric diseases, it has a high promotion and application value in the grassroots areas. Based on the analysis of the theory about eye observation in Zhuang medicine diagnosis, the method of white eye partition localization, the white eyes stomach reflection area, and the gastric diseases signs of white eyes, in this paper, the applied way of thinking about the eye observation of Zhuang medicine in gastric diseases diagnosis field had summarized. Including how to diagnose gastric diseases, how to estimate the power of pathogenic factor and vital qi, how to confirm the character of pathogenic factor, how to evaluate the proces and tendency of illness, and how to forecast stomach trouble in the early time.At the same time, this article put forward to the strategies for promoting the development of Zhuang medicine visual diagnosis modernization and specialization.
