皮部浅刺法治疗咽异感症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察皮部浅刺法与常规针刺法治疗咽异感症患者的临床疗效,以及皮部浅刺法对心理应激方面的影响。方法:将伴随焦虑、抑郁的60例咽异感症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用皮部浅刺法进行治疗,对照组采用常规针刺法进行治疗,两组患者均每周治疗3次,每次留针30min,连续治疗4周。评估两组治疗前后格拉斯哥爱丁堡咽喉症状评价量表(GETS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)的评分情况。结果:两组治疗后的GETS、HAMA、HAMD评分均较本组治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);且治疗组HAMA、HAMD评分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:皮部浅刺法在改善咽异感症患者临床症状方面具有显著疗效,且与常规针刺法疗效相当;皮部浅刺法在改善临床患者的焦虑、抑郁心理应激状态方面较常规针刺法具有显著优势。Objective: By observing the clinical effect of shallow thorn acupuncture method and conventional acupuncture method on patients with paraesthesia pharyngis to explore the effect of shallow thorn acupuncture method,furthermore to explore the influence of shallow thorn acupuncture method on psychological stress. Methods: A total of 60 patients with paraesthesia pharyngis accompanied by anxiety and depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with shallow thorn acupuncture method, while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture method, The patients in both groups were treated three times a week, each time for 30 minutes, for four weeks. To evaluate the scores of Glasgow-Edinburgh Throat Scale(GETS), Hamilton Anxiety Scale,(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) before and after treatment in the two groups. Results: The scores of GETS, HAMA and HAMD in both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The HAMA and HAMD scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Shallow thorn acupuncture method has a significant effect on improving the clinical symptoms of patients with paraesthesia pharyngis, which is equivalent to that of conventional acupuncture method;shallow thorn acupuncture method has a significant advantage in improving the anxiety and depression psychological stress state of clinical patients compared with conventional acupuncture.
