摘 要:新冠疫情进入常态防控后,旅游业发展和旅游者需求呈现新特征。受疫情影响,旅游者在旅游产品、旅游目的地、旅游方式和消费模式等的选择和偏好方面发生变化,这对导游员的素质提出了新要求。在此背景下,导游应努力实现角色转换、模式转型以及个人品牌打造等,以适应旅游者新需求。高校作为导游人才的重要输出基地,应该通过专业定位、课程设置、实践教学、校企合作以及师资培养等模式,优化人才培养模式,培养后疫情时代需要的导游人才。After the Covid-19 epidemic entered the normal state of prevention and control,the development of tourism and the needs of tourists took on new characteristics.Affected by the epidemic,tourists’ choices and preferences in tourism products,tourism destinations,tourism methods and consumption patterns have changed,which has put forward new requirements for the quality of tour guides.In this context,tour guides should strive to achieve role transformation,model transformation and personal brand building to meet the new needs of tourists.As an important export base for tour guide talents,universities should optimize the talent training model through professional positioning,curriculum setting,practical teaching,school-enterprise cooperation,and teacher training,inorder to cultivate the tour guide talents needed in the post-epidemic era.
